- 5 Follow-Up Sessions (30-60 minutes each): In these ongoing sessions, we’ll track your progress, make adjustments as needed, and dive deeper into any areas that need more attention.
- Personalized Wellness Plan: A plan tailored just for you that includes dietary recommendations, lifestyle shifts, daily routines, and stress management techniques, all rooted in Ayurveda.
- Email Support Between Sessions: Have questions? Need guidance between meetings? I’ll be here to offer support and answer your queries.
- Additional Resources: Access to Ayurveda-inspired recipes, wellness tips, and educational materials to enhance your journey.
