Together, we’ll work on understanding your unique health needs and create a plan that feels just right for you. The 90-day coaching program includes 6 personalized sessions to help you navigate your journey:

  • 1 Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes): This deep dive is our chance to explore your history, goals, and challenges. We’ll discuss your health priorities, values, and the changes you’d like to make.
  • 5 Follow-Up Sessions (30-60 minutes each): In these ongoing sessions, we’ll track your progress, make adjustments as needed, and dive deeper into any areas that need more attention.
  • Personalized Wellness Plan: A plan tailored just for you that includes dietary recommendations, lifestyle shifts, daily routines, and stress management techniques, all rooted in Ayurveda.
  • Email Support Between Sessions: Have questions? Need guidance between meetings? I’ll be here to offer support and answer your queries.
  • Additional Resources: Access to Ayurveda-inspired recipes, wellness tips, and educational materials to enhance your journey.

Add-Ons for Enhanced Healing

In addition to your personalized coaching sessions, I offer specialized Ayurvedic therapies that can enhance your healing journey. These are designed to deepen the experience and offer physical, emotional, and energetic support. You can add any of the following to your program:

Shirodhara (Meditative Oil Therapy): A deeply calming and rejuvenating therapy where warm herbal oil is poured gently onto the forehead, promoting mental clarity, relaxation, and balance.

Marma Point Therapy: Targeted pressure on key energy points in the body, similar to acupuncture, to release blocked energy and improve circulation, detoxification, and overall vitality.

Energy Work: Gentle energy healing techniques to restore balance to the body’s energy field, reduce stress, and promote emotional and physical healing.
